All the facts about the Audi E-Tron GT: from battery size, charging times and driving range, here’s everything you need to know at a glance.

The Audi E-Tron GT is just the second electric vehicle from Audi (behind the E-Tron SUV) and slots straight into the German brand’s range as the flagship.

While it shares its underpinnings with the electric Porsche Taycan, the Audi E-Tron GT undercuts the Porsche on price by a significant margin.

There are just two variants of Audi’s flagship electric car, the entry-level E-Tron GT Quattro and the performance-focussed RS E-Tron GT Quattro.

Powering the eponymous E-Tron GT is a pair of electric motors and a 93kWh (gross capacity; 85kWh usable) battery pack, combining for 350kW and 630Nm in normal driving, increasing to 390kW in ‘boost mode’ – good for a 4.1-second 0-100km/h time, and up to 488km of claimed WLTP driving range.

The RS E-Tron GT upgrades its dual electric motors to 440kW/830Nm in standard driving, or 475kW during overboost – making it not only the most powerful production Audi, but one of the quickest accelerating, with a 3.3-second 0-100km/h time. Claimed WLTP range is rated at between 433km and 472km.

Both variants feature an 800-volt electrical system, capable of 270kW DC fast-charging which can recharge the E-Tron GT’s battery from five to 80 per cent in just under 23 minutes.

All Australian-delivered Audi E-Tron GTs come with a six-year/unlimited charge subscription for the Chargefox public charging network as well as a complimentary JetCharge home wallbox installation.
