I have a 2002 honda cr-v made in UK, and it has no problem. I guess the new models are cheaply made.

    If it’s a Honda it’s gunna peel
No matter who assembled it, those things have the worst paint jobs of any cars in history and no one knows why they don’t change it up but they keep letting these things turn yellowish or brownish and bubble up clear coat peels like crazy, Honda the only car you can buy new and still get repainted

The paint falls off Japanese made cars too. When they started using more environmentally friendly paints they weren't lasting very long.
