Heres my advice figure out who actually knows what theyre talking about and will show you the proper tricks of the trade and dont spend your paycheck on the tool truck and dont buy tools while drinking respect the GSs theyre going to do all the stuff you dont want to do
Don't be afraid to job hop to find the place that ACTUALLY treats you right
Leave and don’t come back go into different skill trade like electrician or plumbing. Dealers and the manufacturers have lost there minds. RUN
my advice is get out of the industry… join another trade and just work on cars on the side. No money in working for a shop and your boss treats you like a slave back to back to back cars
