Bought a 2003 Chevy Tahoe LT with 215000 miles for 350$ and put a new diff from a free parts truck. Bought front fenders bumper and hood that matches paint and fixed the wheel bearing and brakes and I've only spent 1400 bucks on it and runs and drives perfect. Should I flip it or just drive it?
When I lived in Dallas my inspections were perfect. But, they always would tell me my headlights needed adjustment every year. Of course for an extra 10 to 15 dollars. Last time they did it I tack welded it in place. Next year same thing. Your lights are too low by a quarter inch. They saw the weld and said it would be 100 dollars to take the weld off so they could bring the lights up slightly. I said wait one second. I grabbed their air hose and put 5 pounds of air in each front tire. Rose the car up. There's your quarter inch. I pass. Yep, They passed it. Crooks. All of them
