I talk about how I transitioned from my full time job to running my own business with only $2,000-$3,000. We walk through the process of how I started my own business repairing vehicles. I explain the process and some of the logic I approached this with.

Good for you man. Starting a business is like having a baby, you're never gonna be ready for it, you have to just jump in and go for it.

Im currently working out of a box van doing mobile repairs. And have a commercial zoned 20×60 storage unit I do bigger jobs in. Just a stepping stone towards a more professional shop.

I had started my own auto body shop in Fredonia, WI 40 mins from Milwaukee where I reside..I helped up for a good 7 months at 1500 a month for rent. Was a nice small shop but since I was not registered yet or knowed in Fredonia it was very hard to keep getting work since only a few of Milwaukee customers followed me. Also I am better prepare now since now I know how to run QuickBooks and Excel to keep up with expenses in a more organize way. Best of luck to you bud!

Owning a shop is my dream as well, the only way to become rich in the automotive industry is to sell and own your own shop. How many employees do you have?
