Why do you keep saying Tesla doesn't share service information? Access to tesla service manuals is totally free currently. If you want access to their factory diagnostics software it's $3800CAD/yr. which isn't outrageous if you want to perform diagnostics on Teslas. And I don't think any automaker in the world makes their own seatbelts. They all purchase them from suppliers.
