Bentley’s Speed models are pretty much self-explanatory: they aim at clients that want to go fast, but want to do it in style. While all the other models in the lineup offer a Speed alternative, the Flying Spur was an exception from the rule. During its entire lifetime – a little over 17 years – it was only the first-generation Flying Spur that sold in Speed trim – from 2008 until 2013. Now, after almost ten years, the name makes a comeback, and will also mark the end of the W-12 era.
