Nice GTR. You know my thoughts on mental health. The more we talk about it, the greater chance we have of understanding it. I like your mantra mate. The little things are important.
Loving how people are joining the ride during the ride! Couldn't agree more about the riding and the heart, mind and soul. Lots of people showed up there at the final destination. Stay safe man!
What a fab video. Very entertaining and that SPORTARZHAY was a stunner. 👌
Good on ya, chap.
At the first stop you made, that Ducati rider wasn't getting off the bike for a stretch, he's a trooper 🤣
Can't beat a McDonalds for breakfast! 😛
Hahaha… sportsbikes, especially Ducati sportsbikes, are so uncomfortable on motorways! 😀
Ahh, Toat cafe is not far from where my dad lives 🙂
Mate!! For as long as you had to wait you could have gotten another hour of sleep!! 😂.
Very important to speak to someone if you're having issues. And there are so many places to get help nowadays too.
Great video Rhythmic!!
Great video mate, will have to try those games when I'm waiting…..wait I'm always the late one 😱🤯🤣🤣 it's an important topic and it's getting a lot of attention and I really hope people are getting the support they need, thanks for putting this out. In my last video I did speak about the importance of having great people around you that can guide, support, listen and kick ta backside when you need it! 🤣 Biking gave me my life back or I can't imagine where I would be or how I would have coped. Great charity and hope it grows and helps many more. Take care and ride safe mate 😁🖖🏼
I’m so rock n’ roll, I would have been the last person to show up 🤪
I think I need a Ducati to remind myself how comfy my bikes are.
All jokes aside, well done with this one. Mental health is a thing, even if you don’t understand it. It’s important to recognise it and make it easy for those that suffer, to say I’m not okay.
Top marks Rhythmic 👍🏼
Brilliant ride, worth the long trip down in that heat! Sorry you had to wait so long, we were otherwise involved with a Range Rover Evoque exploring a roundabout at close quarters 😢 Mental Health is a huge subject. I'm a firm believer in therapy, counselling or just talking to a trusted friend. Definitely must do it again. X
Love the waiting 😂😂! Guys just don’t want to ever talk about how they are feeling, even when it’s something that seriously needs talking about. My personal feeling is that the emotions we present to others is not a representation of a person’s mental health. Think about how differently you act in the different settings of your life. IE: When I’m at work, my customers never see me in a “down” mood. My co workers know how I feel about work, but not what’s going on at home, my wife knows how I just can’t wait to retire, but not all of the frustrations of the daily grind, etc… where in our lives do we really let our guard all the way down? As guys, we don’t usually allow ourselves to be vulnerable, to anyone. Great video, better subject my friend!! Be well
