    I got a 2012 ford focus and it doesn't even have GDI and still burns some oil….it has only travelled 77,000 kilometers

    Just goes to show you if you maintain your vehicle it will last. Yeah a Hyundai might not last 300,000 miles, but I'd say for what he paid, lasting that many miles, that's a good deal.

    i got a 2016 Hyundia Elantra Base 1.8, 6 spd Korean made 170l with the opposite problem oil dilution 1/2 qt every 5 k . still gets 35+ mpg around town ,,, i just do a full synthetic oil change with 0 w20 . i think it"ll go 200 k . with no pronlem. I 've used Korean cars as a commuter car since 2007 . I d only by Korean built. Id rate them better than a new Ford or Chevy., sadly

    i had a 2000 accent. nvr again. i easily did a qt of oil burning. had the seals re-done and nothing.
