I cannot begin to explain how F KN PUMPED I AM FOR THE TT RETURN!!!! I havent been able to make there in my life time yet but I just turned 40.. I want to take my son who is 8yo now but by the time I can afford to go be will be a little older. I sooo badly want to hang out at the bottom of barregarrow.. that's the most Insane turn in my opinion.. they are literally are starting to turn left then pretty much jump into the apex just landing on the exit and back on the gas and it's all at what well over 100mph.. it's just such a sight to see
NO NO NO, there's nothing wrong with saying the place is MAGICAL. I went "LUCKILY" 3 years on the spin. 2014 15 and 16 and as soon as I rode off the ferry that first morning it was ASOLUTELY BRILLIANT. You just have to go to believe it. I camped the three times at UNION MILLS sports fields and it was just perfect. One year I WILL RETURN. ABSOLUTELEY MAGICAL to be a part of it. Even met Mr McGuiness the first year and he tried selling me his MOTORHOME. FANTASTIC.

Not really related to racing but I remember a big reason for me quitting smoking was my kids wondering where I was outside and what I was doing. Sounds like you had a very scary situation with your boy Al that sounds dreadful. Kids do change your mindset.
Like you said you do need to make that decision to quit yourself but they were a big motivator.
Quit cold turkey and haven't smoked for three years now.
