Keep fighting Chris. Mental health is a brutal battle I have been fighting since I was a child. Now in my 30's I am coming to grips with my short comings and trying to better myself. The biggest things you touched on were excercise and just getting going. I had problems just starting things and worrying about every little detail/issue. Thank you for being open man, we need more people to talk so we can all stop suffering in silence. I came for the amazing bike content, but have really stayed because of these great discussions. Everyone you are not alone and the hardest part is asking for help. Also, great idea with the stickers. Thank you Chris we love you brother keep fighting the good fight man.
