Wow buddy.. you're out here doin the most! If you're that concerned, you can use ONE color tape and label each connector with a matching non repeating numbers. I.e. connector one gets "1" written on each side

Instead of 30 different colors of table, just normal masking tape, and a sharpie to number them. You 1 goes with 1, 2 goes with 2etc.

I use colorful zip ties
