Looking for a picturesque and entertaining drive to keep the family entertained these school holidays?
Using Canberra as a base, here are the routes we took during Season 1 of Drive TV.
Episode 3 – Charlotte’s Pass



In Episode 3, Emma took the 2022 Drive Car of the Year, the Kia Sportage, all the way to the very top of Australia.
The road, which heads south from Canberra to Cooma and on to Jindabyne, then up beyond the regular ski resort locations of Perisher and Smiggin Holes to the highest-altitude paved road in Australia at Charlotte’s Pass.

Episode 10 – Brindabella Range



In Episode 10, Trent took the Subaru BRZ on a brilliant driving loop only a few kilometers from the center of Canberra.
It’s a spectacular run that stops at the Cotter Dam, Brindabella Range road then swings past the Deep Space Tracking complex on the way back into town.
