One person every 40 seconds commits suicide in the world somewhere. With the new year approaching, we thought it would be a great time to share some info and spread awareness to those who may need it. Staying on top of your mental health is essential to living the best life you can live, in both business and personally.

So cold water will cure my tendency of giving up? Yeah nah I take cold showers and still depressed! Listening to some type of sweet bass melody cures me better than that option. Appreciate the awareness level though!

I think that’s pretty cool 😎 to share I know of at least 5 people who hung it up since high school drugs was main cause but pretty crazy a human can reach that point of thinking better off dead I also have been there at a dark period in my life it’s been 3 yrs I been clean n sober I’m a dad now and I’m hooked on car audio thanks jp god bless everyone and if anybody struggling feeling like you want to give up tell someone that is in your life don’t be afraid to ask for help seriously nothing is worth taking your own life.
Over a month later and still not a single dislike on the video, faith in humanity restored.
