Scotty is right, but, let’s not forget how most people get their electricity, coal, natural gas or hydroelectric plants. I believe those plants will be producing 24hrs/day and how many emissions will they be releasing in the atmosphere, how will that contribute to climate change as compared to gasoline power vehicles? Now we have to ask, is the power grid able to handle charging cars on top of running our everyday use? And finally, are they prepared to handle the used batteries and recycle them?

We need hydrogen powered cars. This is ridiculous. I priced out an electric car. No way in hell am I spending $45,000 on an electric car I own a 2021 Subaru Forester that gets 30mpg on the highway on average. Paid $25,000 for it. Superb. Affordable and well built. Why would I want a shitty Tesla? I drove a model 3. It was a cheap piece of overpriced garbage. Road like a log truck. Cheap LCD screen that you can't even adjust the contrast of the size of the font. Cheap plasticky, spongy foam seats. Baby sized rear view mirror. Not impressed whatsoever with the build quality of the Tesla. No way is it worth $45,000. FAIL.

There are gas cars more expensive.
Laughable. Stay a slave to big oil and mechanics. Good luck
