I bought my 2013 Nissan Pulsar as a used car from a Nissan dealer in 2014 with 20,000km on the speedo.

What we love
  • The CVT is very smooth and always in the correct ratio for the driving condition

What we don’t
  • The glovebox opens too flat and items can almost fall out

I bought my 2013 Nissan Pulsar as a used car from a Nissan dealer in 2014 with 20,000km on the speedo.

I was immediately impressed with the exterior and interior style. As soon as I test-drove the car, I knew this was a great car. The engine (1.8L) and CVT were responsive and smooth. I had never driven a CVT before, but was pleasantly surprised how well it performed.

Now it is 2022 and I am still driving my Nissan Pulsar with 123,000km on the speedo. I was going to buy a new car a few years ago, but have kept the car because it drives so well. I have never had any issues with the car, and still like the style and feel of it.

There are only two things I could complain about, but both are minor. The glovebox could be designed better and the rear seats do not fold forward, but it does have a central hole in the rear seat for long items.
