Mat Watson and his team from ‘Carwow’ arranged for a pretty cool race involving two German cars. On one side, we had the BMW X7 M50i, and on the other, the BMW iX 50. We’ve seen in the past that ICE cars and EVs from the same segment aren’t generally a good match as the EV is always quicker despite similar power outputs (instantaneous torque to the rescue!). But, these two SUVs seemed evenly poised and assured a race that wasn’t lopsided. The iX is expected to win, but not by huge margins. Do you think the X7 can score any wins here?
