A fault could cause the steering column to detach and increase the risk of a crash, according to the recall notice.


The recall notice, lodged with the Department of Infrastructure, says: “If the steering column becomes detached it could increase the risk of a crash causing injury or death to the vehicle occupants and other road users.”

Porsche reports all three vehicles affected by the recall have had corrective works carried out.
