Something very different but vitally important from us this evening. We wanted to recognise World Suicide Prevention Day by promoting awareness about mental health. Anyone is capable of suffering and Donkey wanted to introduce us to his method of taking care of his own mental wellbeing. Thanks to George Elliott from Fitness To Perfection for taking the time to have a chat about what he calls “The Elephant in the Room”.

If you are struggling reach out to loved ones or call Samaritans on 116 123 and just talk about it. It’s okay not to be okay.

Being a big lad myself always thought about joining a gym but hadn't the confidence as always thought I would be judged πŸ™

I’ve not been watching Grassmen very long at all, I’m no way involved with the farming community, I found an enjoyment for farming through playing farm sim but I must say this was possibly one of the best YouTube vids I’ve watched funny as hell but so serious and to the point! So many people judge others on looks weight dress sense etc and why were all just people so what if ones a bit bigger than an other doesn’t mean there any less of a person!

What an absolute legend for doing this and getting Grassmen talking about mental health because one way or another we all have it good or bad! #itsoknottobeok

And for sure we all wanna see donkey in the gym!

Has suicide prevention Day ever prevented a suicide? I suspect not, because the rate increases every year. But, I guess it makes all the non suicidal people feel good for a day – maybe some money is raised (that goes, God knows where). Is there a suicide 'awareness org with a six figure CEO? Bet there is.
