    I'm really impressed by the work and enjoy watching those cars get back to life. So satisfying… That said, I'm pretty sure putting a car like this back into shape is more costly than buying a new one. Am I wrong?

    In the West gaming under the name of "safety", "environment" and reduction of illegal activity this car would have been artificially prevented being repaired by being legally written off.
    The politicians change the legal system to benefit manufacturers and stimulate spending to increase profits.
    It is hardly ever the "safety", "environment" and consumer protection catch cry narrative they promote.
