Featured on AutoHunter, the online auction platform driven by ClassicCars.com, is a restored 1949 Chevrolet Suburban utility vehicle that features two rows of Procar seats, a custom audio system, rear backup camera and more modern upgrades.
“The Suburban full-size utility vehicle evolved into its third generation beginning in 1947 with the design based on the Chevrolet Advance Design pickups of the same era,” AutoHunter says in the vehicle’s listing.

This 1949 example is finished in a two-tone cream and turquoise paint accented nicely with chrome bumpers, grille, headlight rings, handles and badging. The exterior also features a windshield visor, custom side-exit exhaust outlets, barn-style doors, LED taillights and a trailer hitch.
Inside, you’ll find a turquoise color-matched dash that houses an aftermarket three-spoke banjo-style unit steering wheel. Other interior amenities include power windows, a Vintage Air HVAC system, rearview mirror backup camera and custom center console.
Power comes crate 350cid V8 that’s paired with a replacement 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive.
