As someone who has bipolar type 2 I am happy you are doing this. I always fee like mental health is sorely not talked about enough in this country. I've a lost a best friend in middle school to suicide and it always pains me that I never had any indication about it.

The way I am and my level of indepth, constant interest in cars, many people think I have some form of autism. I definitely have suffered bouts of severe depression and ptsd related to my military service. Channels like this and working on cars are what keep my mind off that stuff. Cars are my safe space since talking about my political, religious beliefs and worldview tend too go over poorly with everyone. Thanks for doing this. I really hope there are some people who get help from this. It would be cool if they actually knew where it came from.
