Folks this is a serious chat mainly to the blokes out there. Please listen in. I have lost two work colleagues to Suicide in 6 months. More needs to be done to prevent this terrible thing from happening. Please keep an eye on your mates.

Buck, I know how difficult it is for Aussie blokes in particular to put their hands up for help. Videos like this, from brave men who are prepared to make themselves vulnerable assist tremendously in giving blokes permission to seek assistance. Well done on a helpful video on a difficult topic.
Good luck on your life transition, and I hope it leads to more positivity in your life. Congrats on getting out of prison and all the best mate. Please take care of yourself and see that psych as long as it takes to get a proper dose of an evidence based treatment…many men disengage from treatment too early. As a bloke it took me a while to realise (10+ years) and gathered up enough guts to walk out of a toxic relationship. Gave up a career, lifestyle, money, assets and started from square one again including bringing up the kids. Hard times they were, trying to keep my children healthy in all manners of life while I was struggling. I still suffer a bit from flash backs and asking 'What If' type questions….it never ends.
