The mainstream automotive market had a lot of big players, and it was close to impossible for new automakers to rise from the ground. But, the EV-olution has changed this. It allowed for a lot of new startups to venture into this world. Companies like Rivian, Lordstown, Bollinger, and even Fisker, to an extent, could get some limelight because of electrification.
There seems to be no end to this because a Spanish automaker called Baltasar has come up with an electric track car called the Revolt that looks swell and has some interesting specs and features.
