That doesn't mean that I like them more because they are rly 7 yrs throwaways but even a simpel Mitsubishi Dealer Repair Manual that you can get easily as a professional shop would have saved you hours. Did you actually complained about colission blocked srs seatbelts? That's a joke right? ^^ And no, this in not the srs module neither is it the comfort module your pointing at. its just the door lock thats part of the can bus routing. Welcome to 2021

With modern BCAN networks and active commands, i wonder if you could use a scan tool (prolly dealer only) to run a unlock command to the solenoids. Course that wouldn't work if the wires were severed. Hence i would hope the locks default to unlocked if there is no reference voltage ect Open circuit being different then say no voltage…but yeah who knows…send an email to Mitsubishi and do them a favor. manufacturers cant account for every scenario so its up to us field guys to do our part like you have with this video…to bad this isnt twiter where you can tag them lol

Mitsubishi are by far the worse they are paper thin and Rob you for every part. I did a 2010 galant a little while ago and they don’t even make a bumper for it anymore. German made and us made vehicles seem to be the only structurally sound vehicles
