The concept off-roader appears to draw strong design inspiration from the Mercedes–Benz G-Wagen.
The Tank 300 Cybertank concept – which appears to be heavily inspired by boxy off-roaders including the Mercedes-Benz G-Class – is set to be unveiled at this week’s Shanghai motor show.
Built by GWM’s luxury subsidiary Wey, the Cybertank is reportedly underpinned by mechanicals from the existing Haval Tank 300 production SUV.
However, it picks up aggressive exterior styling enhancements, roof-mounted solar panels, roof rails, a square spare tyre cover, and an exterior body kit.
Inside the plush cabin, white leather dominates all hard surfaces and is complimented by brushed aluminium highlights.
