Not my best video, but I had some time free, and wanted to get a bit of work done. If any of you know a way to make the raisers fit better, then I’d be more than happy to hear you’re way, as I’d still like to make them fit!

Could you not move it forward
Much better to do the sound deadening cold or use dry ice. I've done it in the winter twice and is super easy, it come off in huge chunks. Get it all removed and then paint interior. The smaller shifter extensions should work. Does no one make proper short shifter for these? Mine is just a couple of billet aluminium than changes the angle where the cables meet the shifter then you could whack on a cheap gear knob extension
Just give the cables a tug and they should move enough for you to get everything together
You can tell its a FORD how easy that deadening is coming off, on a VAG you have to use an hand grenade lol 😂
