theres been a lot of discussion about exercise recently, and some contention about motorbikes.
The engine does all the work? It can go faster than a bicycle so is therefore dangerous? Think a little deeper…

One man on a bike. One that i have a licence for, which means i was trained and examined in its use. Riding on a 20mph limited road. On the off chance i fall off, i have sturdy PPE on, not some bit of polystyrene on my head and some trainers. On the smaller chance i get an injury from said fall, it would have to be one of a few specific ones that would stop me being able to limp out with the engine. Then on the tiny chance that i do come off, get one of those injuries, it doesn’t require a helicopter and a load of fucking about because the lanes are landrover accessible.
Hard work, minimal risk, great for body and mind…

What do you think?
