When you’re the carmaker equivalent of Scrooge McDuck in terms of money, you can do just about anything; case in point being this gentleman who commissioned Bugatti to paint the Divo with ladybug-esque spots! It is way more complex than it sounds and the French automaker nearly backed out of the whole project.
