7:04 So true; this is usually when I walk away and cool down from a personal job, but My Friend Pete has a schedule to keep. Nice work, I appreciate you showing that everyone has something go wrong.
Whenever you can't find something it's usually right in front of you.
Is this a case of urethane paint on enamel primer? I recall reading about how urethane and enamel don't "agree" with each other. Urethane, enamel, lacquer…. what's the difference? What's adheres to what, if at all? I'm confused and the internet has too many non-answers.
Well Pete I know it’s a lot of extra work and time and materials but look at it on the bright side you got to film the problem to show what kind of things that happen in the world of automotive painting
uncatalyzed enamel yuck… you find that lots with maaco and the earl schribe type paint they put such little or no catalyst in the paint and it is nasty.. noting bums a painter out faster than that,,
You are not the only one that gets pissed off and have shit disappear only to reappear when you need it the least . It's just good to know Im not the only one.
Propper fix is to start from clean metal and no cheap charlie it
It happens to me right now, blistering silver color. Omg
This has happened to me a few times. Thanks Pete for showing the real world.
What a BAD DAY My Friend Pete had when he walked out in the shop and found THIS! It will RUIN a good thing for sure… Make sure to SUPPORT My Friend Pete and CHECK OUT the Merchandise Above this Comment!
