Same make & model here, year 2000. My car’s bumper has also been hit about 5 times in the last 5 years. 😌 every single time, it’s happened in a parking lot & ppl got away with it. I’m gonna give this a try.

So what I learned is that getting behind the panel and pushing out is the most effective way to remove dents

The best way is instead of using the hair dryer boil some water once the water is hot pour it slowly onto the area that you’ll be working on then use the suction cup tool
