I hate how manufacturers removed the transmission dip stick in modern cars. We're not all idiot's and would put the wrong fluid in it😡

Wish I knew this 20 years ago. I had a 35 yr old Galaxie daily driver and let someone flush trans cause it sounded like a good idea. After that trans was never the same- luckily not totally destroyed, but never shifted right again.

My 2012 F150 has about 118300 miles on it and I'm unsure if the previous owner ever changed the transmission fluid changed. How many miles is to many before I shouldn't change it? Should I change it or should I leave it?
He always disses Chevrolet my 2010 Silverado jacked up on 35s haven’t had a problem and has a transmission temp gauge still goin strong
