    Thanks Rich! Good stuff! You always have quests who are on the cutting edge. Way ahead of the science. I’ve been doing the fasted workouts and NOT eating until 4 hours lost exercise. This man is dead on. That “eat protein 30 minutes post workout” didn’t help me a fraction of what fasting has done

    What I find interesting (and intimidating) is the number of things he's doing simultaneously. Seriously, all of those things combined amount to a ridiculous regimen in the pursuit of high T. Nonetheless, I'll be implementing a few of those recommendations into my lifestyle in order to help.
