Got the same set up in my 68. I love it. Temp never goes above 190.
Do yourself a favor on those big blank spots above and below the fans, cut some holes and pop rivet rubber flaps over them. When at higher speeds the small 12’ fans can restrict airflow thru that big of a core and the flaps will open to allow all the air thru, when sitting still and the fans activate they will pull against the holes to pull only thru the radiator. Most all factory cooling fans have either rubber or plastic flaps for this reason.

I just wish champion made radiators that were less square and boxy. my car is a 1962, its got curves not squares!
