Lawrie, thank you for the message and caring about your fellow man and woman, you are a special spokesman for something that goes unsaid.
Well done for doing this and so may men think they can't talk of tell someone their finding it hard and can't show their emotions , and I've sadly lost 3 mates over the years to suicide,and years back I nearly did too but a good mate realised some thing was wrong and reached out to me that's why I am here , so that's why I agree this is so important and if anyone is feeling this way please please tell someone , and I have been keeping in touch with Freinds and talking is the best way , stay safe everyone.
