Great Video
Super Tech.
Take Care/Happy Shifting!
I worked for Hyster Co. back in the 1970's in the machine shop. They used kerosene as a lubricant for machine work and drilling done on aluminum. It kept the tooling cool and kept the aluminum from gumming up the various bits. It just got pumped through the cooling pump and reused over and over. Much cheaper than the stuff in an aerosol can. Give it a try. Just sharing info like you all do. Thanks for all your work and ideas.
I'm surprised that you went with tubing vs something like a sch10 pipe for the manifolds, will these hold up to the abuse?
I think you have either to much time on your hands or to much money. Keep up the great work.
My mans can legit make a header bro can u do that shit to a 2.5l ranger they don’t make shit but cat back exaust for em or it looks to be
Just a heads up you can cap that fuel pressure relief valve on your junction block and not mess with any of those line. I have on every duramax ive tuned. Oh and you can only run about 8 to 12 psi to the cp3 on a duramax from the lift pump or the fuel pressure regulator will freak out and the pressure will hang up high.
"now where did I leave my 'CNC'?"
I would Weld in or screw down an aluminum plate along with the insulation on the driver side floor board to dissipate the heat from that exhaust on the side.
This shit hurts my head but is entertaining as hell lol
