The 37 dislikes are perhaps the depressed people you were talkin about… Its true what you are sayin… I am a frontliner, driving 78 km away from home to work at fire substation, then i have to drive more for 14 km in the boundary in our city decontaminate ambulances coming from other provinces.. It is very depressing to learn that my friends loss their jobs. It depresses me a lot knowing their kids and wife… How can they feed them whene there was a lockdown… Be safe.. From the far east.. I don't have an idea who created the "there are no motorcycles on therapist's parking".
Motorcycle won't cure your deression. It won't solve your problems but it can help deal with hard feels, it is better to ride than to drown your sorrow in alcohol or in drugs. I like that state when you ride like 20 kilometers you forget to overthink. Your worries disappear and that place in your brain goes blank. Like ideal state of meditation. No depression, no euphoria. Just mindful state of mind. You are here, now.

Motorcycling distracts you (or should do) from any day to day concerns – because of the need to concentrate on what you are doing. Be strict with yourself when riding and you will get the benefits. Its a great form of therapy.
