Hey Scotty my mom has a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country. The car has about 125,000 miles on the car and the transmission is very jerky during any shifts lower than 2000 rpm. When I rev the van to 3000 the shift is smoother but there is still a jerk. Is the transmission going out?
