Hope this helps a few of you. Truth is, there is no one answer – we just have to do the best we can and try, i know its super hard, but try to relax and enjoy this silly little thing called life. Its not that much of a big deal in the end πŸ™‚

I hope you enjoyed this riding series and i know its a bit of a down note to end on but things are not always like the movies and this is reality for thousands of people.

Big Love.

Sometime I find a quiet place where I can’t be interrupted and play my favourite genesis album or even my favourite classical music like Rachmaninov and it soothes my soul

Best, most accurate description of depression and the complications it brings I've ever heard. (y)

In one of your other videos, I heard you say that having a cry makes everything better or something along those lines and it is what I needed to hear that day.
A day later I felt like dogshit again and watched "The Hyper Story by Joanna F. Benz" and it's exactly what I needed.
Today I stumbled upon this… I think between the two of you I can't express my gratitude enough about how genuine you are and I appreciate you helping me cope if that's the word for it.
    Thanks, Baron.

Well said you. I find that exercise helps me enormously. I ride my road cycle a lot and push myself hard. I talk to myself as I go and rationalise the issues that I have. I feel happy and better after a ride. I was fine until I got to 47 and my wife left me and the family/life just imploded. Long story short I had to start over and deal with that massive failure and rejection. But I'm in a much better place now.
