We (you) are a creation of a holy, all powerful God, and you were made with a purpose. We can find distractions outside of him for a while, but often there'll be a hole in our heart after the challenge or newness wears off.
You were created with a purpose and finding your purpose outside of being in relationship with God will always end in emptiness because that's not how we were designed.
Stay healthy and consider the spiritual side of the wall you ran into. God Bless.

I went through cancer at around the same age about three years ago and experienced this exact same thing after one and half years of fighting for my life. It’s so interesting to hear your experience with identical feelings that I had. I couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t super happy having gotten my life back and survived. Cancer gave me a new outlook on life and I thought that would make me happy no matter what but it didn’t. It just felt like life had no real purpose now that I had made it and I wasn’t interested in any of the old stuff that used to fulfill me. Riding dirt bike, working on cars, doing other sports and hobbies just seemed boring after all of it. It’s a super strange feeling that you can’t really explain and it has gotten better over time but I would be lying if I didn’t say it still affects me to this day. I think the way you view life really changes after cancer in a good way but also changes priorities and what makes you happy.
The last YouTube video I commented on was yours 5 months ago. I normally don’t feel led to do so. However, your story is very inspirational to say the least. I’m so glad you beat leukemia! Keep up the good fight brother. Continue inspiring the rest of us. God has big plans for you.
