    I’m glad autonomous vehicles won’t be a thing in my lifetime. Nothing wrong with human drivers behind the wheel.

    Another thing is that I've lost my brake pressure before and had to use the e-brake to bring the car to a stop. Those electric e-brakes have no pressure control, they're just on or off. 1 or 0. I rented a new Impala the other day that had one and honestly sat there and wondered how that scenario would have went with it.

    I'm a valet in college, and I drive A LOT of different cars and have began hating the Ebreaks being electrical. I especially hate them with new modern Manual transmission it just doesn't feel right.

    There is one thing on a car that has been computerized yet. The wipers. They're still mechanical. They are archaic. They haven't changed in 100 years.

    The old fashioned hand brakes often get stuck. I am surprised they are getting rid of it because its for an emergency when the electical system fails or your brakes go out.

    Prefer my manual handbrake, its nice to have control of your yaw, in winter conditions.. electronics parking brakes is all about aftermarket money..

    I'm 100% with you there! It's just too stupid these electronic brakes, what if you have no battery ? or you have some electric fault ? just like electronic oil level sensors: dumb solution for something simple that works just fine. My father always told me: If it works perfectly fine just like it is, why change ? I'm a fan of enhancements, make something good even better, like when we moved from carburetors to fuel injection, or drum to disc brakes. Direct fuel injection is another stupidity, the benefits are not that great compared to the cons.
