After a slow start, the 2019 Bathurst 1000 turned into another nail-biter. With crashes, bold overtakes, strategy gambles and safety cars galore, this year’s ‘Great Race’ was another classic.

It was a huge weekend of motorsport. Along with the Bathurst 1000, the Formula 1 circus rolled through Japan – one of the only races in our time zone. We saw Ferraris on the charge, Mercedes being annoyingly competent, and some action from Daniel Ricciardo to boot.
