I’m going to be doing rust repair on the rear rocker panels on my 96 miata drift car I just picked up, I planned on cutting it out and having a welder friend do sheet metal but should I go this route instead or is that not a good idea with it being a more structural part of the body?

Bondo brand is the worst shit on earth. Try Rage Gold. Better quality.

Very useful. Even though i have a welder, fiberglass is best in my situston as i am fixing a door list filled with tecthyl which catches fire when welding close to it
