Hey I have a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, and 3 power windows is not working good, my driver front window regulator is broken inside the door panel, whereas it won't hold the window up, I got a piece of wood holding it up, my driver rear window does not come down at all nor can I hear no power from it when I press the button, I might need to give it a little slam like you did in the video to see what it do, my front passenger is the only one that works normal out of all the power windows, the rear passenger power window motor/regulator is off track I believe, when I press the power button for it to go down, it does right but when I try to press button for it to go back up, it doesn't and I been having to pull it up with my hands for it to come up,
