Hey scotty some say that there will be cars that will recharge even your own HOME! And you wont need to recharge the car at all.. what do you think about it? (petrolhead)
Well said and so people think that technology is. Waiting to jump into man made slots and fix any realised or not glitches.

If they could figure out how to power a car efficiently and reliably using solar energy, there wouldn't be any need for all the recharging infrastructure. Might be a problem for some during the winter months though. How about a solar/gas hybrid for those days with cloud cover? It would at least reduce our annual gas consumption. Rev up your thinking caps nerds and figure it out. Lol! Until then i'm gonna rev up my 10 speed cannondale. ?

What do you think about the economical relationship between The USA and China will it have any impact on the "car" industry
Tesla is a hell hole. My best friend works at the head office and the internal stuff I hear about would almost make you think its a cult first and a company second. Being a manager or a worker bee is nasty over there + turnover is nuts. You cant make improvements on anything or the cult goes all zombie on you.. Also the amount of cheaping out will astound you. Too bad I wanted to like Tesla as a company as I almost bought a Model S way back.
You're right about the infrastructure. My son, Electrical Engineer for BG&E, says with the current electrical demands today and future via electric cars there's no way the US is going towards eco friendly electric production. Windmills and solar panels will never be able to power this country. We'll see more nuclear power in the future.
I'm surprised that in Scotty's glasses reflections, you can't see his '94 Celica.
