New sedan concept previews the company’s upcoming styling direction, as well as its new electrified vehicle platform.
Photos taken from a studio shoot of the Infiniti Qs Inspiration concept have leaked a week ahead of the vehicle’s official unveiling at the 2019 Shanghai motor show.
In these images published by Autohome we can see the Qs Inspiration picks up where the earlier QX Inspiration and Q Inspiration concept cars left off.
As with these earlier concepts, the Qs Inspiration is said to ride on the company’s upcoming flexible electrified vehicle architecture and preview the brand’s new styling direction.
All three cars have soft curves, and thin lighting elements. While the original Q Inspiration was a slinky low-slung sedan, the Qs Inspiration seems to be a much taller proposition with priority given to interior space and comfort.
Despite this, the Qs Inspiration’s side profile shows a heavy influence from the Nissan GT-R, with the blacked out A-pillar and sloping roof line all inspired by the supercar.
As is the norm nowadays, the Qs Inspiration’s interior has a screen large enough for a regular Manhattan apartment.
