Quick Cheap Diy Welding Rocker Panel Sill Repair On Beetle For Car Test At Home

My 2003 Volkwagen Beetle has rust root on the under side of the sills / rocker panels.
Had to do a quick fast repair as car is due its yearly inspection, so im hobby man an so i thought i have a go repairing this car myself
Now is a simple overlay path as its my car for going to work, car would realy need a new sill but wanted to keep cost down an to be honest i havn’t the time to do a full replacement.
